While studying in Hawaii, I got to see firsthand the reality of plastic pollution, not just in headlines, but right in front of me. Over the years, I watched as single-use plastics began to take over the beautiful beaches and harm the sea life I loved so deeply. It was heartbreaking, and it sparked something in me- a determination to live more sustainably and reduce my own impact.

My journey started in an unexpected place: the shower. I wanted to swap my shampoo for something more eco-friendly, but after trying countless shampoo bars, I couldn’t find one that felt as luxurious or effective as my favorite liquid formulas. So I decided to create it myself. Products that reflected my values and my personality, that didn’t force me to sacrifice quality and experience for a cleaner planet.

And Flora Flora was born. :)
