  • Our bars are high-performance and truly plastic-free, no greenwashing here. We use botanical-based ingredients that nourish your hair without sulfates, silicones, or synthetic fragrance. Plus, our packaging is 100% compostable and biodegradable.

  • Yes! All of our formulas are gentle, pH-balanced, and color-safe. Many of our customers with dyed or highlighted hair have switched to Flora Flora and love the results.

  • We have formulations for every hair type, from dry and frizzy to oily, fine, curly, or color-treated. Not sure what to choose? Take our Hair Quiz or start with our bestselling Sample Set to try different formulas.

  • Each 2 oz bar lasts about 60–80 washes, depending on hair length, thickness, and storage. That’s the equivalent of 2–3 plastic bottles, without the waste.

  • We are proudly 100% paraben, sulfate, silicone, and artificial fragrance free! 

How to Use

  • Wet your hair, then rub the bar directly on your scalp or between your hands to create lather. Massage in, rinse out, and follow with your Silk Conditioner Bar.

  • Rub the bar between hands to create a gel, then glide the bar directly onto wet hair, focusing on mid-lengths and ends. For fine hair, rinse right away, for coarse hair, let sit for 1-2 minutes and rinse thoroughly.

  • Most people don’t need a transition period with Flora Flora, since our bars are pH-balanced and free from heavy waxes or buildup-causing ingredients. Your hair will likely feel soft and clean from the very first wash.

Returns & Exchanges

  • We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. We require buyer to pay for return shipping.

    To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, unopened, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. To start a return, you can contact us at hello@florafloraco.com.

  • We currently only ship within the U.S. but have retail partners that ship worldwide. Check out our retailers page for international shipping options!

  • Email us at hello@florafloraco.com as soon as possible, we will do our best to make changes if your order hasn't shipped yet!

  • Most orders ship within 1–3 business days. You’ll get a confirmation email with tracking once it’s on the way.

Subscriptions

  • Our subscription service makes it easy to stay stocked on your favorite plastic-free hair care. Choose your products, select your delivery frequency, and we’ll ship it to your door automatically. You’ll save 10% on every order and can skip or cancel anytime.

  • Yes! Log into your account and click “Manage Subscriptions.” From there, you can skip a delivery, change the next charge date, or pause your subscription altogether.

  • You can cancel anytime. Just go to your account dashboard → Manage Subscriptions → Cancel, or email us at hello@florafloraco.com and we’ll take care of it.

  • Absolutely. Log into your account, go to Manage Subscriptions, and click“Edit”next to the product. You can swap scents, adjust quantity, or try something new.
