Fox Point Farms cultivates their hibiscus it in the warm coastal climate of San Diego. It's planted in the spring, allowing the vibrant red calyces to mature under the California sun. Cover crops like clover and vetch nourish the soil—adding nitrogen, suppressing weeds, and improving organic matter. Once harvested by hand at peak ripeness, it's transformed into a rich hibiscus glycerite using organic vegetable glycerin that we then infuse into our bars.
